They are a registered closed corporation providing medical related short courses with specialisation in emergency and disaster medicine.

All members of Crisis Medicine Training Network are registered at the South African Nursing Council and training is provided by professionals with expertise in all the related fields.

Courses:

  • Trauma Nursing Core Course -  focuses on the basics of trauma nursing and  will assist nurses in performing a comprehensive head to toe examination of any trauma patient.
  • The Hospital Disaster Planning Course
  • The High Bio-Security Isolation Core Course – provides hospital personnel with the core knowledge on how to establish a safe isolation facility to isolate a patient infected with suspected African Viral Haemorrhagic Fevers.
