Hi there, I sent an enquiry via the original Mccords Hospital website but I am not receiving any response. I have Googled the Mirena Device via Bayers Healthcare and I read everthing the site has to offer in terms of info regarding the device but I still have questions. I want to know if it can be damaged during sex, why would the strings disappear, will it work for me as I suspect I am anemic and I have cysts which causes me to have invections from time to time. I have been for treatment but with no success. The doctor stopped all medication even the contraceptives so I am risk of falling pregnant. How long does the procedure take to insert this device and are you open on Saturdays and what is the cost (all incl.) involved for this procedure? Kindest regards 076 833 9839
